Val de Costes is situated on the southern border of the Lot-et-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne, renowned for their areas of natural beauty. It is a good base for exploring the region. The house is a Maison de Maitre built in 1866; it has been fully restored and renovated in 2012. It offers four charming guest rooms with private bathrooms and super king size beds, 185 x 200 cm. All bedrooms are individually decorated and feature exposed roof beams. The house sits in secluded countryside with a swimming pool, 12m x 6m, which enjoys views due west across open meadows. The pool enjoys sunshine from early morning until late evening (good sun block advisable!).

WiFi internet access is available in all rooms free of charge.
Guests may enjoy a seating area with books, maps, and board games and help themselves to tea and coffee.
Breakfast (home made jams and preserves, bread and pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee) is served in the dining room or outside in a shaded seating area.
Secure covered parking is available for cars and motorcycles.
No pets please as we have two cats on the property.
90 Euro per room per night based on two people sharing. Breakfast is included.
For family groups travel cot (FOC) and children's beds (€25) are available.

The house is situated in the department of the Lot et Garonne (47 on Michelin maps), on the D127 near the village of St Maurin (site Clunisien). The bastide village of Puymirol is nearby. The town of Agen is 20 minutes away and is on the TGV line from Paris to Toulouse. Bergerac, Bordeaux and Toulouse airports are each approximately 75 minutes away.
